摘　　要：传世本《灵枢》以宋绍兴乙亥(1165)史崧氏的校刊本为其祖本,史崧以前《灵枢》传本歧出,前人研究已认识到其存在《针经》《九卷》《九灵》《九墟》等异名别本,然对流传路径仍不甚明晰。系统搜集《太素》《针灸甲乙经》《脉经》等所引《九卷》佚文,结合宋及以前古籍所载“针经”相关文献,发现今本《灵枢》直承高丽进献本《黄帝针经》而来,非唐宋时期流传古本《灵枢》。《灵枢》早期传本的流传经历了复杂的历史过程,各传本之间并非历时地线性相递,而是一元多歧,多支并进。其中所保存的核心知识一直保持着连续与稳定,在当下有着重要的医学理论和文献价值。The inherited version of Ling Shu takes the edition edited by Shi Song during the Shaoxing period of the Song Dynasty(1165)as its original version.Before Shi Song,there were other versions of Ling Shu known as Zhen Jing,Jiu Juan,Jiu Ling,Jiu Xu,etc.Previous studies have recognized the existence of these alternative versions,but the path of its circulation and inheritance remains unclear.This paper systematically collects the missing texts of Jiu Juan quoted in Tai Su,ZhenJiu JiaYi Jing,Mai Jing,combines the relevant texts of Zhen Jing quoted in other ancient books before the Song Dynasty,compares their textual similarities and differences with the inherited version of Ling Shu.It is found that the current version of Ling Shu is directly derived from the Goryeo's offering of the Huangdi Zhenjing,and is not the ancient version of Ling Shu that circulated during the Tang and Song dynasties.The circulation of early versions of Ling Shu is actually more complex.The circulation between different versions is not linear over time,but rather divergent and parallel.However,the core knowledge preserved in it remains continuous and stable,playing an important role in current Chinese medical theories and literature.
