摘　　要：目的对聊城市免疫规划信息系统的数据质量进行评价,以进一步加强预防接种管理。方法以2016年1月1日-2022年12月31日山东省聊城市出生的儿童为调查对象,数据来源于聊城市免疫规划信息平台,评价指标包括适龄儿童建档率、上传及时率、信息完整率、信息修改率、信息补录率、个案重卡率。采用描述性流行病学方法,计数资料用趋势χ^(2)检验进行分析。结果截至2022年底,聊城市收集儿童预防接种档案480359个,6岁以下儿童总建档率为101.63%,预防接种门诊7 d内和10 d内数据上传率均为100%。产科接种室10 d内和30 d内信息上传率分别为88.89%、93.33%。基本信息和接种信息完整率分别为97.18%、95.95%,信息修改率和补录率分别为12.11/万和70.71/万。全市信息修改率呈现逐年下降趋势(χ^(2)趋势=1067.70,P<0.01),补录率呈现逐年下降趋势(χ^(2)趋势=23682.48,P<0.01)。个案重卡率为8.92/万。结论聊城市免疫规划信息系统数据质量逐年提升,应进一步规范预防接种信息管理,重点关注录入完整率、及时率和准确率。Objective To evaluate the data quality and working status of Immunization Information System in Liaocheng city,so as to further strengthen the management of vaccination.Methods Children born in Liaocheng city,Shandong province from January 1,2016 to December 31,2022 were selected as the survey object,and the data were obtained from the Immunization Information System in Liaocheng city,and the evaluation indexes included the case management rate of school-age children,the uploading rate in time,the information completeness rate,the information modification rate,the additional recording rate,and the repetitive rate.Descriptive epidemiological methods were used,and count data were analyzed by trendχ^(2) test.Results By the end of 2022,480359 individual cases were collected,and the case management rate was 101.63%for children aged 0-6.The 10-day upload rate in vaccination clinics was 100%.The 10-day and 30-day upload rate in obstetric vaccination sites was 88.89%and 93.33%respectively.The integrity rate of basic information was 97.18%and vaccination information integrity rate was 95.95%.Modification rate and additional recording rate were 12.11/10~4 and 70.71/10~4 respectively,and the two rates showed a descending trend with age(χ^(2)_(trend)=1067.70,P<0.01;χ^(2)_(trend)=23682.48,P<0.01).The repetitive rate was 8.92/104.Conclusion Data quality of the system overall is growing in Liaocheng city.The management of vaccination information should be further standardized,and the integrity rate,upload rate and data accuracy should be payed more attention.
