摘 要:要本文提出了1款工作于5GWLAN频段的小型化宽带超表面圆极化天线;在天线设计中对地板刻蚀工字形缝隙来拓展带宽,底部微带线通过缝隙直接激励超表面。超表面由4×4大小相同的柠檬形状的贴片单元组成,在超表面单元上引入切角实现圆极化;通过在超表面上通过加载寄生枝节,使天线的谐振频率降低,从而实现小型化。与未加枝节的天线对比,天线总体尺寸减小到了0.63λ_(0)×0.63λ_(0)×0.068λ_(0)(λ_(0)是在自由空间中工作频率为4.7GHz对应的波长)。仿真结果表明该天线的相对阻抗带宽为35.2%(3.88~5.54 GHz),3dB相对轴比带宽为15.2%(4.73~5.51GHz);在3dB轴比带宽范围内,天线增益为5.1~7.5dBic。This paper presents a miniaturized Circularly polarized Single-layer metasurface antenna which works in the 5G WLAN band.The microstrip line at the bottom directly y excites metasurface(MTS)through the ground with H-shaped slot.The MTS consists of a 4×4 lemon-shaped patch array with loading strips.By incorporating peripheral cuts,circular polarization radiation is obtained.By introducing a pair of loading strips on the MTS layer,the resonant frequency of the antenna and the antenna size is reduced.The overall size of the proposed MS antenna is reduced to 0.63λ_(0)×0.63λ_(0)×0.068λ_(0) at 4.7 GHz.The simulation results show that the relative impedance bandwidth is 35.2%(3.88-5.54 GHz).The relative 3 dB axial ratio(AR)band is 15.2%(4.73-5.51 GHz).The gain is 5.1-7.5 dBic in the whole axial-ratio bandwidth.
