摘  要:波束波导天线具有损耗低、频带宽、易维护等优点,被应用于大功率微波天线系统中。本文以某大功率波束波导天线为例,介绍了该天线结构组成及波束波导系统中反射镜的排布形式,提出了通过借助基准转换调整各反射镜位置的方法,详细论述了该方法工艺性的制定及调整过程。通过实际工程验证表明,该工艺方法装调精度高、速度快,降低了装调对波束波导系统精度的影响。Beam waveguide antennas have the advantages of low loss,wide frequency band and easy maintenance,used in high-power microwave antenna systems.In this paper,taking a high-power beam waveguide antenna as an example,the structure of the antenna and the arrangement of mirrors in the beam waveguide system are introduced,the method of adjusting the position of each mirror by reference conversion is put forward,and the formulation and adjustment process of the method are discussed in detail.The practical engineering verification shows that the process has high precision and fast speed.The influence of setting on the beam waveguide system is reduced.
