工业遗产旅游资源价值评估及影响因素研究——以景德镇陶溪川为例

摘　　要：工业旅游是一种新型旅游业态,发展工业旅游不仅助力城市经济,也有利于传承工业文化。因此,工业遗产旅游资源的价值评估意义重大。本文从工业遗产旅游资源内涵出发,运用旅游费用法和条件价值法构建工业遗产旅游资源评估体系,对景德镇陶溪川工业遗产旅游资源进行评估,同时以感知价值理论为基础,通过探索性因子分析构建结构方程模型,探讨陶溪川工业遗产旅游资源价值的影响因素。这有助于综合利用工业遗产旅游资源价值以及保护工业遗产资源。Industrial tourism is a new type of tourism industry,and the development of industrial tourism not only helps the city economy,but also facilitates the inheritance of industrial culture.Therefore,the value assessment of industrial heritage tourism resources is of great significance.Starting from the connotation of industrial heritage tourism resources,this paper constructs an assessment system of industrial heritage tourism resources by using the tourism cost method and the conditional value method to assess the industrial heritage tourism resources of Taoxichuan,and at the same time,based on the theory of perceived value,it constructs a structural equation model through exploratory factor analysis to explore the influencing factors of the value of industrial heritage tourism resources in Taoxichuan.This helps to comprehensively utilize the value of industrial heritage tourism resources as well as protect industrial heritage resources.
