摘 要:目的分析血康胶囊提取物的主要化学成分,探讨其治疗原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)的药效。方法利用高分辨四极杆飞行时间串联液质联用仪测定血康胶囊提取物中的化学成分;ip给予BALB/C小鼠50μg·kg^(-1)大鼠抗小鼠整合素GPIIb/CD41建立原发免疫性血小板减少症模型,记录小鼠给药前后的体重变化及死亡情况,并对血常规变化进行分析。结果从血康胶囊提取物中共鉴定出有机酸、香豆素、萜类、黄酮类等4种主要成分。与模型组比较,血康胶囊提取物组小鼠的外周血小板和白细胞数目均有显著差异。结论血康胶囊提取物能显著提高ITP模型小鼠的血小板数目,对原发免疫性血小板减少症有显著疗效。OBJECTIVE To analyze the main chemical components of Xuekang capsule extracts and to explore its efficacy in the treatment of primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP).METHODS The chemical constituents in Xuekang capsule extracts were identified by LC-MS.ITP model was established by intraperitoneal injection of 50μg·kg^(-1) rat anti-mouse integrin GPIIb/CD41 for BALB/C mice.The changes of body weight and death of mice before and after administration were recorded,and the changes of blood routine were analyzed.RESULTS Four main chemical components of organic acids,coumarins,terpenoids and flavonoids were identified form Xuekang capsule extracts.The number of peripheral platelets and white blood cells in the Xuekang capsule extract groups were significantly different from those in the model group.CONCLUSION Xuekang capsule extracts can significantly increase the number of platelets and has a significant effect on ITP.
