摘　　要：赖氨酸去甲基化酶3A(KDM3A)是组蛋白去甲基化酶家族中的一员,特异性对组蛋白H3K9甲基化进行去甲基化来调控基因转录。近年来发现KDM3A的表达水平与肿瘤的增殖、侵袭能力及耐药密切相关。现对KDM3A在肿瘤中的表达、其抑制剂的研究进展及其对肿瘤耐药和迁移方面的影响进行综述。Lysine demethylase 3A(KDM3A),a member of the histone demethylase family,regulates gene transcription through specific demethylation of histone H3K9 methylation.In recent years,studies found that the expression level of KDM3A is closely related to the proliferation,invasion and drug resistance of tumors.This article reviews the expression of KDM3A in various tumors,the research progress of its inhibitors,and its effects on tumor resistance and migration.
