摘 要:选取美人蕉和黑麦草为人工湿地植物,以不同级配的粗砂和砾石为人工湿地填料,研究了酶活性与城市污水中污染物去除的相关性。结果表明,在垂向分布上酶活性表现为由上层向底层逐渐降低的相同趋势。在相同填料深度下,总池深越浅,酶活性越高,并且不受季节、湿地类型和水力负荷影响。脱氢酶活性与COD,TP,NH_(4)^(+)-N,TN的去除率显著正相关,脲酶与TN和COD去除率显著正相关,磷酸酶与TP,TN,COD的去除显著正相关。Canna and ryegrass were selected as plants,while different coarse sand and gravel were used as fillers to investigate the correlation between enzyme activity and pollutant removal in constructed wetlands.The results revealed that the enzyme activity decreased from the upper layer to the bottom layer in terms of vertical distribution.Moreover,it was observed that shallower total pond depths resulted in higher enzyme activity levels under the same filling depths,unaffected by factors such as season,constructed wetland type,and hydraulic load.Dehydrogenase activity exhibited significant positive correlations with the removal rates of COD,TP,NH_(4)^(+)-N,and TN;urease activity showed significant positive correlations with the removal rates of TN and COD,and phosphatase activity was significantly positively correlated with the removal rates of TP,TN,and COD.
