摘 要:通过对盾构土、污泥的化学组成分析和XRD物相分析,制定了喷雾造粒法制作烧结路面砖的最佳配合比,确定了烧结路面砖的各工艺参数,并系统研究了吸水率、抗压强度及重金属浸出对烧结砖性能的影响。试验表明,当粉煤灰2.24%、黏土56.22%、污泥41.54%造粒烧制的路面砖抗压强度最好;当含水率(质量分数)为8.67%、成型压力30 MPa、烧结温度1080℃时,制备的烧结砖性能最优,抗压强度80 MPa,符合规范对抗压强度的要求;烧结砖吸水率随着烧结温度和成型压力的增加在逐渐降低;抗压强度随着烧结温度和成型压力的升高在逐渐升高;对烧结砖进行重金属浸出检测,重金属测试值远小于规范规定限制。Through chemical composition analysis and XRD phase analysis of shield soil and sludge,the optimal mix ratio of sintered pavement bricks made by spray granulation method was determined,and various process parameters of fired pavement bricks were determined.The effects of water absorption,compressive strength and heavy metal leaching on the properties of sintered bricks were systematically studied.The experiment shows that the compressive strength of road bricks made by granulating and firing fly ash at 2.24%,clay at 56.22%,and sludge at 41.54%is the best.When the moisture content is 8.67%,the forming pressure is 30 MPa,and the sintering temperature is 1080℃,the sintered brick prepared has the best performance,with a compressive strength of 80 MPa,which meets the requirements of the specifications for compressive strength;The water absorption rate of sintered bricks gradually decreases with the increase of sintering temperature and forming pressure.The compressive strength gradually increases with the increase of sintering temperature and forming pressure.The heavy metal leaching test was conducted on sintered bricks,and the heavy metal test values were far below the regulatory limits.
