摘 要:多年来,天然气发动机存在运行回火问题。由于偶发性,不易排查,对发动机造成很大的危害;针对天然气发动机在加载560kW负荷中出现回火停车的故障,通过示波器及燃烧分析仪(KIBOX)仪器研究点火及气缸压力情况。结果发现,在发动机运行过程中,高频的出现点火异常情况,导致气缸内压力升高,呲破气缸垫,回火停车。最终通过更改程序,顺利解决了高频点火异常问题。For many years,natural gas engines have had the problem of operation tempering.Because of the accident,it is not easy to investigate,causing great harm to the engine;The ignition and cylinder pressure of natural gas engine were studied by oscilloscope in view of the failure of tempering stop in the load of 560kW.The results show that in the process of engine operation,high frequency ignition anomalies occur,resulting in the increase of pressure in the cylinder,the cylinder pad is broken,and the engine stops.Finally,by changing the program,the problem of high frequency ignition anomaly is solved smoothly.
