摘  要:发动机的同步信号是其工作时序的基础,凸轮轴信号的构成元素有凸轮轴传感器信号盘、凸轮轴传感器、凸轮轴传感器间隙、线束及插接件、ECU等。出现凸轮轴信号错误时,要从以上软硬件一一排查。带有正时链系统的发动机,正时链系统的启车充油时间长,正时链松弛使信号盘角度偏差大,导致凸轮轴信号错误故障,严重时启车困难。有正时链系统的发动机设计时要考虑增加止回结构,进行提前锁紧;或者采用容错角度大的信号盘。The synchronous signal of the engine is the basis of its working sequence.The components of the camshaft signal include the camshaft sensor signal plate,camshaft sensor,camshaft sensor gap,wiring harness and connectors,ECU and so on.When there is a camshaft signal error,it should be checked one by one.For the engine with timing chain system,the starting time of the timing chain system is long,and the angle deviation of the signal plate is large due to the slack of the timing chain,which leads to the difficulty of starting the camshaft signal when the fault is serious.In the design of the engine with timing chain system,the check structure should be considered to advance locking.Or use a signal disk with a large fault tolerance Angle.
