摘  要:以发动机窜气为研究对象,介绍了窜气有效分离的五种方法,对比了两种主动式油气分离器的主要结构、功能和优势,分析了离心机式油气分离器的发展趋势。研究结果表明:曲轴箱通风系统的预分离器主要是撞击式油气分离器或离心式油气分离器;离心机式油气分离器适用于国六排放要求的车用油气分离器的精分离器;油驱式油气分离器根据客户需求可以进行集成化、模块化发展;电驱式油气分离器根据客户需求可以进行集成化、智能化和模块化发展;产品模块化主要是基于经济性为出发,同时满足不同客户的需求。Taking engine blowby as the research object,this paper introduces five effective separation methods for blowby,compares the main structures,functions,and advantages of two active oil and gas separators,and analyzes the development trend of centrifugal oil and gas separators.The research results indicate that the pre separator of the crankcase ventilation system is mainly an impact type oil and gas separator or a centrifugal type oil and gas separator;Centrifuge type oil and gas separator is suitable for the precision separator of vehicle oil and gas separators required by National VI emission standards;Oil driven oil and gas separators can be integrated and modularized according to customer needs;The electric driven oil and gas separator can be integrated,intelligent,and modular developed according to customer needs;Product modularization is mainly based on economic considerations while meeting the needs of different customers.
