川渝地区农产品电商集聚与区域经济耦合协调发展探究:发展新质生产力的视角

摘　　要：为探究区域农产品电商集聚与经济发展的关系,借助区位熵、超效率DEA和耦合协调模型,以川渝地区19个地市为研究对象,对2010—2021年农产品电商集聚与区域经济发展水平进行测度和评价,剖析区域农产品电商集聚与经济发展之间的耦合协调关系。结果表明:从时间上看,区域内农产品电商集聚和经济发展两个子系统的综合发展指数、耦合协调度呈现上升的趋势,两个子系统的耦合度呈波动上升态势、变化幅度较小;从空间上看,川渝地区两个子系统的耦合协调度存在区域异质性。基于此,为推动川渝地区农产品电商集聚与区域经济耦合协调发展,建议通过发展新质生产力挖掘新潜力,以科技创新促进农产品电商和区域农业产业高质量发展;加强地方政府对农产品电商的扶持和引导,推动产业集聚提升发展质量;完善基础设施建设,提高农产品电商全产业链效率;推进农产品电商品牌建设,打造多元化电商模式;强化双核辐射带动作用,促进区域经济均衡发展。In order to explore the relationship between regional agricultural product e-commerce agglomeration and economic development,with the help of research tools such as location entropy,super efficiency DEA,and coupling coordination models,19 cities in the Sichuan and Chongqing are taken as the research objects to evaluate the level of agricultural product e-commerce agglomeration and regional economic development from 2010 to 2021,and the coupling and coordinated development relationship between regional agricultural product agglomeration and regional economy is analyzed from the perspective of the development of new quality productive forces.The results show that,in terms of time,the comprehensive development index and coupling coordination degree within the region show an upward trend,while the coupling degree shows a fluctuating upward trend with relatively small changes.Spatially,there is regional heterogeneity in the coupling coordination degree in the Sichuan and Chongqing.Therefore,in order to better promote the coupling and coordinated development of agricultural product e-commerce agglomeration and regional economy in Sichuan and Chongqing,it is recommended to explore new potential through the development of new quality productive forces and promote high-quality development of regional economy,strengthen the support and guidance of local governments for agricultural product e-commerce and promote industrial agglomeration to improve agglomeration efficiency,improve the infrastructure construction and enhance the efficiency of the whole industrial chain of agricultural e-commerce,promote the branding of agricultural product e-commerce and create diversified e-commerce models,and strengthen the role of dual-core radiation and drive the implementation of the initiative of balanced development of the region.
