摘 要:为适应生物样本低温储存的发展需求,试制了有效容积375 L、320 mm大口径偏口气相液氮罐。为降低漏热,达到蒸发率指标的设计要求,采用薄壁颈管结构的优化设计。根据设计结构,给出了固体导热、辐射传热及残余气体自由分子导热的漏热估算方法及结果,漏热设计计算符合国家标准规定的蒸发率指标。对一批试制品的初样产品的测试验证表明,其静态液氮蒸发率在(1.15~1.32)%/d,符合设计要求,产品主要性能指标满足要求。In order to meet the development needs of low-temperature storage of biological samples,a gas-phase liquid nitrogen container with an effective volume of 375 L and a large caliber of 320 mm has been developed.To reduce heat leakage and meet the design requirements of evaporation rate indicators,an optimized design of thin-walled neck tube structure is adopted.Based on the design structure,a heat leakage estimation method and results for solid heat conduction,radiation heat conduction,and residual gas free molecule heat conduction were provided,and the results met the evaporation rate indicators specified in national standards.The testing and verification of a batch of trial products show that their static thermal evaporation rate is(1.15~1.32)%/d.Meet the design requirements,and the main performance meet the requirements.
