摘　　要：Medical technology innovation and the discipline development themselves are not the ultimate goal of medical learning and research.Our pursuit of medicine is to better serve the people and communities,enabling them to achieve better health.This is the practical significance of medicine.However,in order to realize this practical significance,the responsibility of universities and scholars is to promote the development of the discipline through medical education and academic research and build a solid foundation for medical services.
