摘　　要：锅炉给水加热器产生腐蚀泄漏会严重危害其正常运行,甚至威胁操作人员的人身安全,给重大生产事故的发生埋下隐患。文章对给水加热器腐蚀现象形成的原因进行了分析,发现主要是溶解氧腐蚀、CO_(2)腐蚀以及垢下腐蚀的相互促进作用造成的腐蚀穿孔,并简要分析了腐蚀产生的危害以及后期相应的防范措施,为避免或减少设备再次腐蚀提供一定依据。Corrosion leakage of equipment in the boiler feed water system can seriously harm its normal operation,even threaten the personal safety of operators,and lay hidden dangers for the occurrence of major production accidents.The causes for the formation of corrosion phenomenon of feed water heater were analyzed,and concluded to be corrosion perforation caused by the interaction of dissolved oxygen corrosion,CO_(2) corrosion and underscale corrosion.The harm caused by corrosion and the corresponding preventive measures were briefly analyzed,so as to provide basis for avoiding or reducing the equipment corrosion again.
