摘　　要：乙二醇装置环氧乙烷介质泵属于高危介质泵,其机械密封泄漏可能造成着火爆炸、人员伤亡、环境污染等事故。文章通过分析环氧乙烷介质泵机械密封存在的问题和安全隐患,对泵机械密封的结构、冲洗方案、密封圈材质进行了改造,消除了隐患,提高了泵的安全可靠性。Ethylene oxide medium pump of ethylene glycol unit is a high-risk medium pump,and its mechanical seal leakage may cause fire and explosion,casualties and environmental pollution.By analyzing the problems and safety risks of the mechanical seal of the ethylene oxide medium pump,the structure,flushing scheme and sealing ring material of the pump mechanical seal are reformed to eliminate the hidden dangers and improve the safety and reliability of the pump.
