摘 要:介绍了化工行业工艺加热炉的应用情况,提出加热炉采用低NO_(x)燃烧技术的必要性和可行性,探讨了实现低NO_(x)排放的不同燃烧技术类型。结合聚酯行业热媒加热炉低NO_(x)燃烧改造案例,分析了改造前后NO_(x)的排放情况以及改造所带来的效益。结果显示,低NO_(x)燃烧技术的应用对降低化工行业工艺加热炉的NO_(x)排放有十分重要的现实意义。The application of process heating furnace in chemical industry was introduced,the necessity and feasibility of adopting low NO_(x) combustion technology in heating furnace was proposed,and different types of combustion technology to achieve low NO_(x) emission were discussed.Combined with the case of low NO_(x) combustion transformation of thermal medium heating furnace in polyester industry,the NO_(x) emission before and after the transformation and the benefits brought by the transformation are analyzed.The results show that the application of low NO_(x) combustion technology has very important practical significance for reducing NO_(x) emission of chemical process heating furnace.
