水泥窑篦冷机煤磨风管后移对余热发电量的影响

摘  要:水泥行业是传统高能耗产业,合理利用其废热烟气资源,对现有的水泥窑余热发电系统进行优化改造,热能阶梯分级利用,对减少能源浪费具有重要意义。本文介绍了水泥窑余热发电的技术方案和提高余热发电量的主要措施,并以水泥熟料产量2750t/d生产线为例,研究篦冷机煤磨风管后移改造对余热发电量的影响。结果表明:在水泥生产线稳定运行前提下,煤磨风管后移改造,可以提高余热发电量。该节能改造技术进一步提高了能源利用效率、降低了企业生产成本。The cement industry is a traditional high-energy consuming industry.It is of great significance to make reasonable use of its waste heat and flue gas resources,optimize and transform the existing cement kiln waste heat power generation system,and use thermal energy in a hierarchical manner to reduce energy waste.This article introduces the technical scheme of waste heat power generation in cement kilns and the main measures to increase waste heat power generation.Taking the production line with a cement clinker output of 2750t/d as an example,the impact of the backward transformation of the coal mill air duct of the grate cooler on waste heat power generation is studied.The results show that,under the premise of stable operation of the cement production line,the backward transformation of the coal mill air duct can increase the waste heat power generation.This energy-saving transformation technology further improves energy utilization efficiency and reduces enterprise production costs.
