移动管理平台在变应性鼻炎患者皮下特异性免疫治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察移动管理平台在变应性鼻炎患者皮下特异性免疫治疗管理中的应用效果。方法2020年1月~2021年1月在我院耳鼻喉科门诊进行皮下免疫治疗的164例变应性鼻炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各82例。对照组接受常规免疫治疗管理,观察组在此基础上接受依托平板电脑和智能手机的移动管理平台进行免疫治疗管理。应用鼻结膜炎相关质量评分、脱落率、注射完成率等指标,分别于干预实施后6个月和1年进行效果评价。结果干预后6个月,两组鼻结膜炎相关质量评分、脱落率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组注射完成率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组鼻炎症状视觉模拟量表差异值具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后1年,两组脱落率无显著性差异(P>0.05),而两组鼻炎症状视觉模拟量表评分、鼻结膜炎相关质量评分、注射完成率差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论移动管理平台有助于提高变应性鼻炎患者皮下免疫治疗依从性,提升干预效果。Objective To explore the efficacy of mobile management platform(MMP)used in the management of subcutaneous specific immunotherapy(SCIT)for patients with allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods Included in this trial were 164 AR patients receiving SCIT at the outpatient department of Otorhinolaryngology in our hospital from Jan.2020 to Jan.2021.They were randomly divided into the control group(CG)and experimental group(EG),with 82 cases in each.Cases in CG received routine SCIT management while those in EG received SCIT management based on the use of MMP relying on tablet computers and smartphones.Then,the efficiency of such a management system was evaluated at the time points of 6 months and one year respectively following the management system put into practice,by use of such indexes as rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ),changes in rhinitis symptoms by visual analog scale(VAS),abscission rate and injection completion rate(ICR).Result IAt the time point of sixth month following intervention with this system,there were no significantly statistical difference between the two groups in RQLQ scores and abscission rate(P>0.05),while ICR in EG was significantly higher than that in CG(P<0.05).Furthermore,there was a significantly statistical difference in the scores of rhinitis symptoms as evaluated by VAS between the two groups(P<0.05).When the management system used for one year,there was no significant difference in the abscission rate between the two groups(P>0.05),while there were significantly statistical differences in VAS scores of rhinitis symptoms,RQLQ scores and ICR between these two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion It can be concluded based on this study that MMP management system plays a vital role in improving patients'compliance,rhinitis symptoms and quality of life among cases with AR receiving SCIT.
