摘　　要：竞技体育之下,高水平运动员往往背负较大的心理压力,通过心理疏导提升其心理健康水平十分重要。将高水平运动员的心理健康划分为焦虑水平、睡眠水平、训练满意度、心理幸福度4个维度,通过问卷调查法探究心理疏导对高水平运动员心理健康的影响并提出建议。结果显示,心理疏导对高水平运动员的心理健康具有正向促进作用,能够提升其睡眠水平、训练满意度和心理幸福度,且对缓解焦虑、提升睡眠水平的作用更明显。训练满意度的提升水平相对较差,原因可能在于运动员的训练满意度不仅受心理疏导的影响,还受自身竞技水平、教练员水平、设施设备水平等因素的影响。基于此,可以通过心理疏导来缓解运动员的心理焦虑,结合心理疏导改善运动员的睡眠质量,同时提高运动员的自我认知与接纳能力。Under competitive sports,high-level athletes are often burdened with greater psychological pressure,so it is very important to improve their mental health through psychological counseling.The study divides mental health of high-level athletes into 4 dimensions:anxiety level,sleep level,training satisfaction and psychological happiness;explores the the influence of psychological counseling on the mental health of high-level athletes with questionnaire survey;and proposes suggestions.The results show that psychological counseling has positive effect on mental health of high-level athletes,which can improve their sleep level,training satisfaction and psychological happiness.Meanwhile,psychological counseling has a more obvious effect on relieving anxiety and improving sleep level.The improvement level of training satisfaction is relatively poor,which may be because the athletes’training satisfaction is not only affected by psychological guidance,but also affected by their own competitive level,the level of coaches,and the level of facilities and equipment,etc.Therefore,psychological anxiety of athletes can be alleviated by psychological counseling,the sleep quality of athletes be improved by psychological counseling,and the self-cognition and acceptance ability of athletes be improved.
