摘　　要：随着我国经济社会发展进入新阶段,作为区域创新体系的重要组成部分,地方科研院所的发展定位、发展方式、发展路径也应有所调整。从产业共性技术研究的角度出发,对处于新发展阶段的省属科研院所的发展前景进行准确定义,同时结合相关研究客观分析省属科研院所的优劣势,为省属科研院所未来发展规划了三条可行的发展路径。As China’s economic and social development enters a new development stage,as an important part of the regional innovation system,the development orientation,mode and path of local scientific research institutes should also be adjusted.From the perspective of industrial generic technology research,the study accurately defines the development prospect of provincial scientific research institutes in the new development stage,and objectively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of provincial scientific research institutes in combination with relevant research,so as to plan three feasible development paths for the future development of provincial scientific research institutes.
