不同专用植生基质配方对高山风电场边坡生态恢复效果影响

摘　　要：传统客土植草存在喷播在植被覆盖率达80%前易被大雨冲刷的问题,故提出采用专用植生基质,起到减少种植土需求量、抗雨水冲刷、增加中后期肥力的作用。为确定该专用植生基质的最佳配方,于江西省吉安市万安县高山风电场项目中进行边坡生态恢复试验。结果表明,不同土壤与植物纤维体积比、腐殖酸肥用量和微生物菌剂用量处理下的植物群落生长状况、盖度、密度及3种多样性指数之间均存在显著差异(P<0.05),随着土壤与植物纤维比例、腐殖酸肥用量和微生物菌剂用量的增加各项指标也随之增加;不同处理中均为F4处理、H4处理和M4处理最大,但当土壤与植物纤维比例、腐殖酸肥用量和微生物菌剂用量增加至F2处理、H2处理和M2处理时各指标增加情况基本区域稳定。综合考虑到恢复效果及生产成本,土壤与植物纤维比例为8∶2、腐殖酸肥用量10 kg/m 3土、微生物菌剂用量2 kg/m 3土为最佳植生基质配方。The traditional grass planting on the guest soil is easy to be washed by heavy rain before the vegetation coverage reaches 80%.Therefore,the use of special planting substrate can reduce the demand of planting soil,resist rain erosion and increase fertility in the middle and late period.In order to determine the best formula of the special planting substrate,the study conducts the slope ecological restoration test in the high mountain wind farm project of Wan’an County,Ji’an City,Jiangxi Province.The results show that there are significant differences in plant community growth status,coverage,density and diversity index under different soil and plant fiber volume ratio,humic acid fertilizer dosage and microbial agent dosage(P<0.05).With the increase of the ratio of soil to plant fiber,the amount of humic acid fertilizer and the amount of microbial agent,the indexes also increase.Among different treatments,F4,H4 and M4 treatment are the largest.However,when the ratio of soil to plant fiber,the amount of humic acid fertilizer and microbial agent increase to F2,H2 and M2 treatment,the increase of each index is basically stable.Through taking into account the recovery effect and production cost,the optimal planting matrix formula is the ratio of soil to plant fiber 8∶2,the amount of humic acid fertilizer is 10 kg/m 3,soil and the amount of microbial inoculant is 2 kg/m 3 soil.
