摘  要:某中压蒸汽管线放空阀焊缝断裂,对断口进行宏观观察,采用化学成分检测、硬度检测、金相分析、断口电镜扫描等方法对断口原因进行分析,得出这是由低应力高周疲劳导致的断裂,裂纹起裂于焊缝内侧根部未熔合的应力集中部位。核算该管线介质流量并测量流速,对其进行优化处理,解决设计不合理部位并调整支架,令中压蒸汽管线漏点得到有效处理,管线振动降到正常范围,消除了安全隐患。The weld of the vent valve of a medium pressure steam pipeline is broken.The study analyzes the reason of fracture with chemical composition detection,hardness detection,metallographic analysis and SEM scanning.It is concluded that the fracture is caused by low stress and high cycle fatigue,and the crack starts at the stress concentration part of the inner root of the weld that is not fused.The study calculates the medium flow rate of the pipeline and measures the flow rate,optimizes the treatment,solves the unreasonable part of the design and adjusts the support,so that the leakage point of the medium pressure steam pipeline can be effectively treated,the pipeline vibration can be reduced to the normal range,and the safety risks can be eliminated.
