摘 要:低温余热回收系统在提高能源利用效率和减少排放方面具有重要作用。探讨了低温余热的来源、特性及其在不同行业中的应用潜力,分析了低温余热回收系统的设计方案和能量管理策略,综述了各种低温余热回收技术(如有机朗肯循环、吸收式制冷等)的原理及应用,指出现有系统在余热收集、传输和利用过程中存在的技术难题和效率瓶颈,提出了一系列创新的能量管理策略,旨在优化系统性能,包括改进热交换器设计、引入智能控制系统及采用多能源互补配置等。通过案例分析,验证了所提策略在提高系统能效、降低运营成本及促进可持续发展方面的有效性,此成果可为低温余热回收系统的设计与优化提供理论指导和实践参考,对推动能源高效利用和环境保护具有重要意义。Low-temperature waste heat recovery system plays important role in the increase of energy utilization rate,and the reduction of emissions.The study discusses the source,characteristics and application potential of low-temperature waste heat in different industries;analyzes the design scheme and energy management strategy of low-temperature waste heat recovery system;summarizes the principle and application of various low-temperature waste heat recovery technologies(such as organic Rankine cycle,absorption refrigeration,etc.);and points out the technical problems and efficiency bottlenecks in the process of waste heat collection,transmission and utilization of the existing system.Then the study proposes a series of innovative energy management strategies to optimize system performance,including to improve heat exchanger design,introduce intelligent control systems,and use multi-energy complementary configurations,etc.The effectiveness of the proposed strategy in improving system energy efficiency,reducing operating cost and promoting sustainable development is verified by case analysis.The results can provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the design and optimization of low-temperature waste heat recovery system,and play an important role in promoting the efficient use of energy and environmental protection.
