摘 要:为探索三叶木通的扦插繁殖技术,以福建三明林业学校教学林场木通试验基地内3年生三叶木通硬枝作为扦插穗条,研究不同基质和不同扦插时间对三叶木通硬枝扦插效果的影响。结果表明:蛭石∶珍珠岩∶细河沙=2∶1∶2(体积比)配制而成的混合基质扦插效果最佳;以蛭石∶珍珠岩∶细河沙=2∶1∶2配制的基质3月下旬进行扦插,其生根效果最好,平均生根率达79.31%,平均生根条数为8.31条,平均根长达10.02 cm;6月中旬、9月中旬及12月中旬扦插,虽然能达到一定的成活率,但其他扦插生根指标明显低于3月下旬。In order to explore the cutting propagation technology of Akebia trifoliata,the effects of different substrates and different cutting time on the cutting effect of Akebia trifoliata hard branches were studied by using 3-year-old hard branches of Akebia trifoliata as cutting spikes in the experimental base of Akebia trifoliata in Teaching Forest Farm of Sanming Forestry School in Fujian Province.The results showed as the following aspects.The mixed matrix prepared by vermiculite:perlite:fine river sand=2:1:2(volume ratio)had the best cutting effect.The matrix prepared with vermiculite:perlite:fine river sand=2:1:2 had the best rooting effect in late March cutting.The average rooting rate was 79.31%,the average number of roots was 8.31,and the average root length was 10.02 cm.In mid-June,mid-September and mid-December,although cutting could achieve a certain survival rate,other rooting indexes were significantly lower than those in late March.
