摘 要:胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)与杧果畸形病病菌(Fusarium mangiferae)是杧果重要的致病菌,主要危害杧果花、营养组织等部位,造成严重损失,迫切需要筛选高效药剂进行防控.本研究选用6种高效低毒杀菌剂,采用生长速率法测定了杀菌剂对2种病原菌的室内毒力.结果表明,37%戊唑·咪鲜胺、20%咪鲜·抑霉唑、60%咪鲜胺锰盐这3种咪鲜胺复配剂同时对2种真菌具有明显抑菌效果,其中37%戊唑·咪鲜胺、20%咪鲜·抑霉唑对杧果畸形病病菌抑菌效果最好,EC50为0.34μg/mL;60%咪鲜胺锰盐对胶孢炭疽菌抑菌效果最好,EC50为0.01μg/mL.本研究筛选了杧果2种真菌病害的防治药剂,对杧果病害的绿色防控具有一定的参考价值.Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and Fusarium mangiferae are important pathogenic pathogen of mango,which can harm young flowers and shoots of mango,causing serious production losses.It is urgent to screen effective fungicides for accurate prevention and control.In this study,the growth rate method was used to test the sensitivity of the two pathogens to 6 fungicides.The results showed that the three Prochloraz compounds,37%Tebuconazole-Prochloraz,20%Prochloraz-Imazalil and 60%Prochloraz manganese,had better inhibitory effect on two pathogenic fungi.Among them,37%Tebuconazole-Prochloraz and 20%Prochloraz-Imazalil had the best inhibitory effect on F.mangiferae,with an EC 50 value of 0.34μg/mL,while 60%Prochloraz manganese had the best inhibitory effect on C.gloeosporioides,with an EC 50 value of 0.01μg/mL.This study screened two fungicides for the prevention and control of two mango fungal diseases,which provided certain reference for the green prevention and control of mango diseases.
