摘　　要：该文采用文献综述、案例分析和理论分析等方法,分析了内涵式发展下高等教育的特征和现状,并探讨了高等教育人才培养供给侧改革面临的现实挑战,包括人才培养目标与市场需求不匹配、教育资源分配不均、人才培养与产业发展协同不足等问题,继而给出了内涵式发展下高等教育人才培养供给侧改革的对策,旨在为高等教育的发展和质量提升提供参考依据。This paper uses the methods of literature review,case analysis and theoretical analysis to analyze the characteristics and current situation of higher education under the connotative development,and discusses the realistic challenges of the supply-side reform of talent training in higher education,including the mismatch between talent training objectives and market demand,uneven distribution of educational resources,lack of coordination between talent training and industrial development,etc.It then discusses the countermeasures of the supply-side reform of talent training in higher education under the connotative development,aiming to provide a reference for the development and quality improvement of higher education.
