摘　　要：随着我国产业结构的升级转型,社会对新技术、新业态人才的需求越发旺盛。高校毕业生输出数量连年增加,随之而来的大学生就业难问题也更加突出。产业人才需求与高校人才供给之间的不平衡造成了人才市场供需结构性矛盾。该文结合当前人才供需融合的背景,以大学生充分就业为目标,分析人才供需融合的现状与问题,并从强化人才需求预测分析、推进以需求为导向的产教融合、构建供需动态监测预警系统等方面提出人才供需融合的策略。In the upgrading and transformation of industrial structure,the demand for talents in new technologies and new formats is increasingly strong.The number of college graduates is increasing year after year,and the employment problem of college students is also very prominent.The imbalance between the demand for industrial talents and the supply of college talents has caused the structural contradiction between supply and demand in the talent market.Based on the background of the current integration of talent supply and demand,this paper analyzed the current situation and problems of the integration of talent supply and demand,and put forward strategies for the integration of talent supply and demand from the aspects of strengthening the forecast analysis of talent demand,promoting the demand-oriented integration of industry and education,and building a dynamic monitoring and early warning system of supply and demand.
