摘 要:通过探讨并梳理苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的发展概况,为预测其发展趋势与挖掘研究热点提供参考.以中国知网和Web of Science为数据源,用VOSviewer、CiteSpace和Excel软件分别对中文和英文文献的发文量、作者、发文机构和关键词等进行分析.共纳入431篇中文文献和223篇英文文献,研究机构主要以贵州医科大学和郑州大学为代表.结果表明,对苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的研究可以致力于探究苦参碱和氧化苦参碱治疗炎症性疾病、肿瘤,以及抗氧化应激和抗细胞凋亡等的作用靶点和分子机制方面;探究其诱导肝毒性、生殖毒性和发育毒性等不良反应的作用机制,明确作用靶点和通路;扩大其在畜牧业和林业等领域的应用范围.苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的研究处于稳步发展阶段,该领域最新的研究主要集中在苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的转录组学测序分析、相关中药膳食风险的研究和相关制剂的临床应用,以及其治疗炎症性疾病、肿瘤和对氧化应激、细胞凋亡的影响及其作用机制和信号通路方面.This study aims to explore and summarize the development status of matrine and oxymatrine in order to provide reference for predicting their development trends and exploring their research hotspots.By using China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science as data sources,the researcher uses VOSviewer,CiteSpace and Excel software to analyze the publication volume,authors,publishing institutions,keywords,etc.of Chinese and English literature.This research includes a collection of 431 Chinese literature and 223 English literature.The research institutions are mainly represented by Guizhou Medical University and Zhengzhou University.According to Chinese and English keywords visualization map,the research on matrine and oxymatrine can be devoted to exploring the target and molecular mechanism of matrine and oxymatrine in treating inflammatory diseases and tumors,resisting oxidative stress and apoptosis.Also,the researcher explores the mechanism of inducing adverse reactions such as hepatotoxicity,reproductive toxicity and developmental toxicity,and clarifies the target and pathway.This research expands its application scope in animal husbandry,forestry,skin diseases and other fields.It can be concluded that the research on matrine and oxymatrine is currently at a steady development stage,and the latest progress in this field mainly focuses on the transcriptomics sequencing of matrine and oxymatrine,the research on the dietary risks of traditional Chinese medicine,clinical application of related preparations,and the research on its effects on inflammatory diseases,tumors and the apoptosis of oxidative stress cells about its mechanism and pathway.
