摘 要:随着下穿铁路顶进框架桥跨度增大、孔数增多,采用传统的加固方法进行铁路线路加固时,存在施工周期长、施工安全风险高、对铁路行车干扰大等问题,为保证线路加固措施的安全、可靠,提出一种新型多层连续钢便梁体系。通过建立有限元计算模型,对不同跨度和线路下新型多层连续钢便梁的受力性能、挠度进行了分析研究,结果表明,该钢便梁体系可满足不同跨度和线路的加固需求。随后建立车桥耦合动力学计算模型,对车辆的安全性、平稳性以及新型多层连续钢便梁-轨道结构的稳定性进行了分析研究,结果表明车辆可以安全平稳地运行,钢便梁-轨道结构的稳定性具有一定的安全储备。该体系可在实际工作中推广使用。As the span and number of holes of the underpass railway jacking frame bridge increase,traditional reinforcement methods for railway line reinforcement face problems such as long construction period,high construction safety risk,and significant interference with railway operation.To ensure the safety and reliability of line reinforcement measures,a new type of multi-layer continuous steel beam system is proposed.In this paper,a finite element calculation model is established to analyze the mechanical performance and deflection of a new type of multi-storey continuous steel temporary beam under different spans and lines.The results show that the steel temporary beam system can meet the reinforcement requirements of different spans and lines.Subsequently,a vehicle bridge coupling dynamics calculation model was established to analyze and study the safety and stability of the vehicle,as well as the stability of the new multi-layer continuous steel beam track structure.The results showed that the vehicle can operate safely and smoothly,and the stability of the steel beam track structure has a certain safety reserve.This system can be further promoted and used.
