摘 要:【目的】通过对30CrMnSiNi2A钢起落架激光熔覆修复后表面镀Cr、除氢处理开裂现象进行分析,研究了其失效机理。【方法】利用体视镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析及金相组织分析对失效件的外观、断口宏微观组织形貌观察,同时对比检测了基体及熔覆区硬度和熔覆区氢含量。【结果】结果表明,外筒熔覆层形态均匀、材料致密,近内壁的断面微观棱线非常明显,低倍呈羽毛状,高倍呈解理断裂特征;靠近外壁的断面低倍呈颗粒状,高倍以沿晶断裂特征为主、穿晶解理断裂为辅,晶粒表面可见典型的鸡爪痕特征,且整个断面上未见明显污染物。外筒由内向外的径向硬度梯度呈现先下降再升高,逐渐稳定的趋势,且氢含量波动较大,最高达到4×10^(−6)。【结论】外筒修复区的裂纹为氢致脆性裂纹,氢致脆性裂纹主要与内壁熔覆区在电镀过程中氢脆敏感性大有关。[Objective]Failure mechanism of 30CrMnSiNi2A steel landing gear was studied by analyzing cracking phenomenon of Cr plating and hydrogenation treatment on the surface after laser cladding repair.[Methods]Appearance of failed parts,macrostructure and microstructure of fracture were observed by stereoscope,scanning electron microscope,energy dispersive spectrometer and metallographic structure analysis.In the meantime,hardness of matrix and cladding zone and hydrogen content of cladding zone were compared and detected.[Results]The result showed that cladding layer of outer cylinder had uniform shape and dense material.Microscopic edges of cross section near inner wall were very obvious,which was feathery under low magnification and characterized by cleavage fracture under high magnification.Cross section near outer wall under low magnification was granular,and that under high magnification was mainly characterized by intergranular fracture and supplemented by transgranular cleavage fracture,and typical chicken claw marks could be seen on the grain surface,and no obvious pollutants were found on the whole cross section.Radial hardness gradient of outer cylinder from inside to outside first decreased and then increased,and was gradually stabilized.Moreover,hydrogen content fluctuated greatly,reaching a maximum of 4×10^(−6).[Conclusion]Cracks in repair zone of outer cylinder were hydrogen-induced brittleness cracking,which were mainly related to high sensitivity of inner wall cladding zone to hydrogen embrittlement during electroplating process.
