摘  要:小水电配以储能组成水储微电网系统,可以显著提高小水电运行效率与当地配电网的供电可靠性。仿真分析了水储微电网并/离网运行功率、频率稳定性问题,首先给出小水电运行机理及模型、储能及其控制模型;其次利用MATLAB/Simulink仿真软件搭建水储微电网模型;最后通过仿真水储微电网并/离网的电气变化,分析小水电和储能的运行稳定情况。结果表明,并网下储能可以在短时间内平衡负荷的扰动,维持断面的平衡;离网下储能能快速调节输出功率,维持微电网系统的稳定。The combination of small hydro-power and energy storage to form a water storage micro-grid can improve the operational efficiency and utilization rate of small hydro-power.This paper propose simulation method to study the key technologies of water storage micro-grid system,such as frequency stability of off grid operation.First,we develop the operating mechanism and model of small hydro-power,as well as the energy storage and control model.Second,a hydro-power micro-grid model is constructed on MATLAB simulation software.Third,the operation of small hydro-power and energy storage is analyzed by simulating the electrical changes of the water storage micro-grid and its disconnection from the grid.The results show that the grid-connected energy storage can balance the load disturbance and maintain the balance of the section in a short time,and the off-grid energy storage can quickly adjust the output power and maintain the stability of the micro-grid system.
