摘　　要：动态电压恢复器是一种新型的电力电子装置,串联于电源和敏感负载之间,主要功能是治理电网电压扰动。动态电压恢复器主要由储能元件、双向变流器、静态转换开关和控制单元组成,电网电压处于稳定状态时,静态转换开关导通,电网通过此回路向负载供电;电网电压异常时,静态转换开关切换至由变流器为负载供电。在研制小容量动态电压恢复器过程中发现,储能元件(超级电容)相控整流充电过程中,出现交流侧充电电流突然急剧增大的现象,导致变流器IGBT模块损坏。针对出现的充电电流突增现象进行理论分析和仿真验证,根据分析验证结果更改设备控制策略和参数设置,解决了储能元件(超级电容)相控整流充电过程中电流激增的问题。Dynamic Voltage Restorer(DVR)is a new power electronic device,connected between the power supply and the sensitive load,the main function is to control the grid voltage disturbance.DVR is mainly composed of energy storage components,bidirectional converter,STS and control units.When the power grid voltage is in a stable state,the STS is turned on,and the power grid supplies power to the load.When the power grid voltage is abnormal,the STS switches to the converter to supply power to the load.In the process of developing a smallcapacity DVR,it was found that the charging current of the energy storage element(supercapacitor)suddenly increased sharply during phase-controlled rectifier charging,which led to the damage of the converter IGBT.According to the results of analysis and verification,the control strategy and parameter settings of the device are changed,and the problem is solved.
