摘 要:【目的】豆天蛾在养殖过程中极易遭受病原真菌的侵染,采集饲养过程中的僵虫,研究其病原真菌种类,为该虫养殖过程中病菌的防治提供参考。【方法】从僵虫上分离、纯化真菌菌株,通过形态观察和rDNA-ITS序列分析对菌株进行鉴定,并采用浸渍法验证菌株对豆天蛾4龄幼虫的致病性。【结果】共分离、鉴定出6株真菌菌株,分属于5个属,包括球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)1株(BbDd01)、罗伯茨绿僵菌(Metarhizium robertsii)1株(MrDd02)、淡紫紫孢菌(Purpureocillium lilacinum)1株(PlDd04A)、环链虫草(Cordyceps cateniannulata)1株(CcDd04B),以及黄曲霉(Aspergillus flavus)1株(AfDd03)和杂色曲霉(A.versicolor)1株(AvDd05)。致病性测定结果表明,球孢白僵菌、罗伯茨绿僵菌、淡紫紫孢菌和环链虫草对豆天蛾幼虫的致病力强,而黄曲霉和杂色曲霉的致病力较弱。【结论】球孢白僵菌、罗伯茨绿僵菌、淡紫紫孢菌和环链虫草是豆天蛾的致病真菌,而黄曲霉和杂色曲霉是豆天蛾的机会性致病菌。【Objective】Clanis bilineata Walker is easily infected by pathogenic fungi during the breeding process.In this study,the dead larvae of C.bilineata were collected in the breeding process and identified for the pathogenic fungi,so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of pathogens during the breeding of C.bilineata.【Method】The fungal strains were isolated and purified from the dead larvae,and then identified by morphological observation and rDNA-ITS sequence analysis.Their pathogenicity to the 4th instar larvae of C.bilineata was verified by impregnation method.【Result】A total of 6 isolated fungal strains were identified,and they belonged to 5 genera including Beauveria bassiana(BbDd01),Metarhizium robertsii(MrDd02),Purpureocillium lilacinum(PlDd04A),Cordyceps cateniannulata(CcDd04B),Aspergillus flavus(AfDd03)and A.versicolor(AvDd05).The pathogenicity test indicated that B.bassiana,M.robertsii,P.lilacinum and C.cateniannulata had high pathogenicity to the larvae of C.bilineata,while A.flavus and A.versicolor had weak pathogenicity.【Conclusion】B.bassiana,M.robertsii,P.lilacinum and C.cateniannulata were the pathogenic fungi of C.bilineata,while A.flavus and A.versicolor were opportunistic pathogens.
