摘 要:埋头弹可以为武器系统带来供弹机构的简化、弹药携带量的增加、火炮系统总体尺寸缩小等一系列好处,但同时规则的弹体外形及独特的转膛结构使得埋头弹的抛壳阻力较大。为了解决埋头弹抛壳困难的问题,以某型埋头弹火炮为例,分析了埋头弹的结构及受力特点,建立埋头弹有限元模型并对其抛壳过程进行仿真,分析计算不同屈服极限药筒的抛壳力,比较分析计算结果,提出了特定膛压下药筒的最佳屈服极限,实现药筒零抛壳力。根据埋头弹药筒屈服极限与抛壳力关系的仿真分析结果,从药筒材料的角度提出了解决埋头弹抛壳阻力大的方法,为埋头弹药筒设计提供参考。Cased Telescoped Ammunition(CTA)can bring a series of benefits to weapon systems,such as simplifying the feeding mechanism,increasing ammunition capacity,and reducing the overall size of the artillery system.However,the regular shape of the projectile and the unique rotating chamber structure result in higher shell throwing resistance in CTA.In order to solve the problem of shell-throwing difficulty of CTA,this paper takes a certain type of CTA artillery as an example.It analyzes the structural and stress characteristics of CTA,develops a finite element model for CTA,simulates the shell ejection process,and calculates the ejection force for different yield limit propellant cases.By comparing and analyzing the simulation results,the article proposes the optimal yield limit for the propellant under specific chamber pressure conditions to achieve zero ejection force.Based on the simulation analysis of the relationship between the yield limit of the propellant and ejection force for CTA,a method to address the significant shell ejection resistance is proposed by considering cartridge material,providing reference for the design of CTA.
