摘 要:从河北省引调水工程运行管理业务现状出发,介绍了数字孪生技术的概念,并对二者的融合进行了理论分析。初步探索并形成了数字孪生技术在引调水工程水量调度管理、运行监视等方面应用的理论体系,并对上述理论体系在河北省引调水工程运行管理中的应用作了介绍。研究表明,在管理平台中融合数字孪生技术,可大幅提升引调水运行管理工作效率和准确性,实现了业务数据在多部门之间的共享与交互,很大程度上提高了河北省引调水工程信息技术水平。This article analyzes the current status of inter-basin water transfer project operation management in Hebei Province,introduces the concept of digital twin technology,and theoretically analyzes the integration of the two.A preliminary exploration has formed a theoretical system for the application of digital twin technology in water transfer scheduling management,operation monitoring,and other areas of inter-basin water transfer projects.The application of this theoretical system in the operation management of Hebei's inter-basin water transfer project is then introduced.The research shows that integrating digital twin technology into the management platform can significantly enhance the efficiency and accuracy of inter-basin water operation management.It realizes the sharing and interaction of business data among multiple departments,greatly improving the information technology level of Hebei's inter-basin water transfer project.
