摘 要:针对在超宽梁架设过程中,由于桥墩的墩顶直径较小,使得前支腿间距过窄,横梁会与架桥机前支腿产生干涉,并且现有架桥机无法满足喂梁和架设要求这一问题,提出了超宽公路架桥机前支腿内收开合的设计方案。通过理论分析,三维建模以及有限元分析的方法,提出了架桥机双前支腿独立运动方案,将架桥机前支腿由传统的纯箱式结构改造为具有主支腿,液压升降支腿,副支腿的新型前支腿结构,通过前支腿的内收可以使架桥机前支腿架设在普通直径的桥墩上;通过前支腿开合结构设计,可以使超宽梁通过前支腿,不造成干涉。成功解决贵州省钢-混桥梁实际施工建设中的技术难点,实现了超宽连续超宽钢主梁的整孔高效架设,并以贵州省都匀—安顺高速公路新平河特大桥铺设为例,进行了有限元分析与现场应力、挠度监测,验证了所提出架桥机的结构安全性能,为超宽公路架桥的应用提供参考。To address the issue of mutual interference between the front legs of the bridge crane,which hinders its ability to meet beam erection requirements,a design scheme for the front legs of an ultra-wide highway bridge crane was presented.Through theoretical analysis,three-dimensional modeling and finite element analysis,a new structure scheme of the front legs of the bridge erecting machine was proposed,which realizes the independent movement of the two front legs.In this scheme,the traditional pure box structure was transformed into the main leg,the hydraulic lifting leg and the auxiliary leg.Through the adduction of the front leg,the bridge erecting machine's front leg can be raised onto piers with standard diameters.By incorporating an opening and closing structure design for the front leg,it allows unobstructed passage for ultra-wide beams.Consequently,the innovative solution effectively resolves technical challenges encountered during construction of steel mixed bridges in Guizhou Province,enabling efficient installation of entire ultra-wide continuous steel main beams.The safety performance of the bridge erecting machine structure designed is verified through finite element analysis and field stress and deflection monitoring.The verification is exemplified by the laying of Xinpinghe Extra-large Bridge on Du'an Expressway in Guizhou Province,providing a valuable reference for the application of ultra-wide highway bridge erecting machines.
