摘　　要：目的:探究切开复位钛板内固定治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2020年10月-2022年10月安顺市人民医院收治的跟骨粉碎性骨折患者50例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各25例。试验组实施切开复位钛板内固定法治疗,对照组实施碳纤维外固定支架撑开治疗。比较两组治疗效果和跟骨恢复情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.042)。术前,两组跟骨宽度、跟骨长度、Bohler角、跟距高度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,两组跟骨宽度小于术前,且试验组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组跟骨长度、Bohler角、跟距高度大于术前,且试验组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:切开复位钛板内固定治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折的临床效果显著,可促进患者恢复。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of open reduction and titanium plate internal fixation in the treatment of comminuted calcaneal fracture.Methods:From October 2020 to October 2022,a total of 50 patients with comminuted calcaneal fractures who were admitted to the People's Hospital of Anshun City were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with open reduction and titanium plate internal fixation and the control group was treated with carbon fiber external fixation stent expansion.The treatment effect and calcaneal recovery of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.042).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in calcaneal width,calcaneal length,Bohler angle and calcaneal distance height between the two groups(P>0.05).After surgery,the calcaneal width in the two groups was smaller than that before surgery,and the calcaneal width in the experimental group was smaller than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The calcaneal length,Bohler angle and calcaneal distance height in the two groups were greater than those before surgery,and these indicators in the experimental group were greater than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of open reduction and titanium plate internal fixation in the treatment of comminuted calcaneal fracture is significant,which can promote the recovery of patients.
