摘　　要：目的:分析宫颈环扎术联合盐酸利托君治疗宫颈功能不全的临床效果。方法:选取2022年6月-2023年8月浏阳市妇幼保健院收治的宫颈功能不全患者64例作为研究对象,选用随机双色球法分为试验组与参照组,各32例。参照组开展宫颈环扎术治疗,试验组在参照组基础上应用盐酸利托君治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组孕周延长时间以及分娩孕周长于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组晚期流产、早产发生率低于参照组,足月产发生率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组新生儿Apgar评分高于参照组,体质量大于参照组,住院时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组新生儿不良结局总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020)。结论:宫颈环扎术联合盐酸利托君治疗宫颈功能不全的临床效果较好,能够延长妊娠时间,改善妊娠结局,降低新生儿不良结局发生率。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of cervical cerclage combined with ritodrine hydrochloride in treatment of cervical incompetence.Methods:From June 2022 to August 2023,64 patients with cervical incompetence admitted to Liuyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a reference group using a two-color sphere method,with 32 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with cervical cerclage,while the experimental group was treated with ritodrine hydrochloride on the basis of the reference group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The prolonged gestational age and delivery gestational age in the experimental group were longer than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of late miscarriage and premature birth in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,while the incidence of full-term delivery in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neonatal Apgar score in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,the neonatal body weight in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the length of hospital stay in the experimental group was shorter than that in the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of neonatal adverse outcomes in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.020).Conclusion:The cervical cerclage combined with ritodrine hydrochloride has better clinical effects in treatment of cervical incompetence,and can prolong pregnancy time,improve pregnancy outcomes,and reduce the incidence of adverse outcomes in newborns.
