疼痛触发点埋线法治疗风寒湿痹型腰背肌筋膜炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨肌筋膜疼痛触发点埋线法治疗风寒湿痹型腰背肌筋膜炎的效果。方法:选取2021年10月-2023年12月上海市嘉定区真新社区卫生服务中心收治的风寒湿痹型腰背肌筋膜炎患者94例作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各47例。观察组采用疼痛触发点埋线法治疗,对照组采用经穴埋线法治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗2、4周后,两组疼痛分级指数、视觉模拟评分法、现时疼痛强度、Roland-Morris功能障碍调查表评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组静态肌耐力、动态肌耐力优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022)。结论:疼痛触发点埋线法治疗风寒湿痹型腰背肌筋膜炎的效果较好,可减轻患者疼痛、功能障碍,提高腰部肌耐力。Objective:To investigate the effect of thread embedding therapy on myofascial pain trigger point in the treatment of lumbar dorsal myofasciitis of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type.Methods:A total of 94 patients with lumbar dorsal myofasciitis of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type admitted to Zhenxin Community Health Service Center in Jiading District of Shanghai from October 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with thread embedding therapy on pain trigger point,and the control group was treated with the thread embedding therapy on meridian point.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of pain grading index,visual analogue scale,current pain intensity,and Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire in two groups were lower than those before treatment,the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the static muscle endurance and dynamic muscle endurance in the two groups were better than those before treatment,these endurance in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.022).Conclusion:The thread embedding therapy on pain trigger point has a good effect in the treatment of lumbar dorsal myofasciitis of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type,and can relieve pain and dysfunction,and improve lumbar muscle endurance.
