摘 要:目的:探究健康新生儿出生1~30 min血氧饱和度的特点。方法:选取2023年1-12月于深圳市华中科技大学协和深圳医院出生的30名新生儿作为研究对象,娩出后均进行经皮血氧饱和度监测,分析检测结果。结果:新生儿上肢和下肢血氧饱和度水平同期内比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);新生儿出生后1~30 min,上肢、下肢血氧饱和度水平随着监测时间延长而升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。自然分娩的新生儿出生后1、2、3、5 min上肢和下肢血氧饱和度水平均高于经剖宫产娩出的新生儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同性别新生儿出生后1~30 min上肢和下肢血氧饱和度水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。新生儿出生后30 min上肢和下肢经皮血氧饱和度水平与动脉血氧饱和度水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:新生儿出生后血氧饱和度水平逐渐升高,经自然分娩的新生儿血氧饱和度水平高于剖宫产儿,经皮血氧饱和度监测与动脉血氧分析结果一致,且无创,有利于为新生儿用氧情况提供指导。Objective:To explore the characteristics of blood oxygen saturation in healthy newborns from 1 to 30 minutes after birth.Methods:Thirty newborns born in Shenzhen Huazhong University of Science and Technology Union Shenzhen Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.After delivery,percutaneous blood oxygen saturation was monitored and the test results were analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in blood oxygen saturation between upper limb and lower limb(P>0.05);from 1 to 30 min after birth,the blood oxygen saturation level of upper and lower limbs increased with the extension of monitoring time,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the level of blood oxygen saturation in upper and lower limbs of newborns delivered naturally at 1,2,3 and 5 min after birth was higher than that of newborns delivered by cesarean section,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in blood oxygen saturation level between upper and lower limbs 1 to 30 min after birth(P>0.05);there was no significant difference between percutaneous and arterial oxygen saturation levels in upper and lower limbs 30 min after birth(P>0.05).Conclusion:The blood oxygen saturation level of neonates increased gradually after birth,and the blood oxygen saturation level of neonates after natural delivery was higher than that of infants delivered by cesarean section.The results of percutaneous blood oxygen saturation monitoring were consistent with the results of arterial blood oxygen analysis,and were noninvasive,which was conducive to providing guidance for newborn oxygen use.
