摘　　要：目的:探讨强化护理管理在结核病患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年11月-2020年11月湖南省结核病防治所收治的60例结核病患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组实施强化护理管理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组护理质量、疾病认知度、治疗依从性、生活质量各项评分,护理总满意度,第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组院内感染发生率、焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强化护理管理在结核病患者护理中的应用效果显著,可提高护理质量、护理满意度,增强患者疾病认知度,改善患者治疗依从性、生活质量、肺功能、心理状态,减少院内感染。Objective:To explore the application effect of intensive nursing management in the nursing of tuberculosis patients.Methods:A total of 60 tuberculosis patients admitted to Hunan Institute for Tuberculosis Control from November 2016 to November 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing management,and the observation group implemented intensive nursing management.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the nursing quality,disease awareness,treatment compliance,quality of life scores,total nursing satisfaction,forced expiratory volume and forced vital capacity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nosocomial infection and anxiety score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of intensive nursing management in the nursing of tuberculosis patients has a significant effect,which can improve the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction,enhance the disease awareness of patients,improve treatment compliance,quality of life,lung function and psychological state,and reduce nosocomial infection.
