综合康复干预在下肢骨折术后膝关节功能障碍患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析综合康复干预在下肢骨折术后膝关节功能障碍患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6月-2023年6月锦州医科大学附属第三医院收治的下肢骨折术后膝关节功能障碍患者74例作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组实施常规康复干预,观察组实施综合康复干预。比较两组膝关节疼痛度、膝关节功能、康复效果、膝关节屈曲活动度。结果:干预前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、膝关节功能评分表(HSS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组VAS评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组HSS评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组康复总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组膝关节屈曲活动度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组膝关节屈曲活动度大于干预前,且观察组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:综合康复干预在下肢骨折术后膝关节功能障碍患者中的应用效果显著,能够改善患者膝关节功能、屈曲活动度,减轻疼痛。Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation intervention in patients with knee joint dysfunction after lower limb fracture surgery.Methods:A total of 74 patients with knee joint dysfunction after lower limb fracture surgery who were admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation intervention,and the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation intervention.The knee joint pain degree,knee joint function,rehabilitation effect,and knee joint flexion range of motion were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and knee joint function scale(HSS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the VAS score in the two groups was lower than that before intervention,the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The HSS score in the two groups was higher than that before intervention,the HSS score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of rehabilitation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in knee joint flexion range of motion between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,knee joint flexion range of motion in the two groups was greater than that before intervention,this indicator in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive rehabilitation intervention in pa
