摘　　要：目的:了解北京某高校女教职工心理健康状况并分析其影响因素。方法:选取2019-2023年北京某高校940名女教职工作为研究对象,均给予症状自评量表评估心理健康状况,根据心理评分分为研究组(有心理问题)和对照组(无心理问题)。比较两组临床资料,分析北京某高校女教职工心理健康状况的影响因素。结果:940名女教职工存在心理健康问题480名,发生率为51.06%。年龄、婚姻状况、教育背景、工作年限、睡眠质量、运动情况、工作满意度、工作压力、收入水平、体检情况均是高校女教职工心理健康状况的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:高校女教职工心理健康问题发生率较高,年龄、婚姻状况、教育背景、工作年限、睡眠质量、运动情况、工作满意度、工作压力、收入水平、体检情况均是高校女教职工心理健康状况的独立影响因素,高校应重视女教职工心理健康,给予针对性干预措施。Objective:To understand the mental health status of female staff in a university in Beijing and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:A total of 940 female staff from a university in Beijing from 2019 to 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Their mental health status was evaluated using symptom self-rating scale.They were divided into the study group(with psychological problems)and the control group(without psychological problems)according to their psychological scores.The clinical data of two groups were compared and the influencing factors of mental health status of female staff in a university in Beijing were analyzed.Results:Among 940 female staff,480 cases had mental health problems,with an incidence rate of 51.06%.Age,marital status,educational background,working years,sleep quality,exercise status,job satisfaction,work pressure,income level,and physical examination were independent influencing factors for the mental health status of female staff in university(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of mental health problems among female in university is relatively high.Age,marital status,educational background,working years,sleep quality,exercise status,job satisfaction,work pressure,income level,and physical examination are independent influencing factors for the mental health status of female staff in university.Universities should pay attention to the mental health of female staff and provide targeted interventional measures.
