摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病是临床常见的呼吸系统疾病,急性加重期患者具有严重呼吸困难、剧烈咳嗽等症状,死亡率较高。氧疗是慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的基础治疗,有助于缓解患者临床症状,经鼻高流量氧疗(HFNC)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的治疗中具有一定优势。该文重点分析了HFNC在无插管指征高碳酸血症患者治疗中的应用现状及在气管插管拔管后序贯治疗中的应用现状,以期为慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的治疗提供参考。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a common respiratory disease in clinical practice,and patients with acute exacerbations have severe dyspnea,severe cough and other symptoms,and have a high mortality rate.Oxygen therapy is the basic treatment for patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which helps to alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients.High-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy(HFNC)has certain advantages in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.This article focuses on the analysis of the application status of HFNC in the treatment of patients with hypercapnia without intubation indication and the application status in sequential treatment after endotracheal intubation and extubation,aiming to provide a reference for the treatment of patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
