摘　　要：外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病是白假丝酵母菌(CA)感染引起的妇科疾病,发病率及复发率较高。由于CA耐药性增加,导致临床治疗困难。该文通过分析CA耐药相关原因,寻找临床治疗策略,以期为临床诊疗提供参考。Vulvovaginal candidiasis is a gynecological disease caused by candida albicans(CA)infection,and has a high incidence and recurrence rate.Due to the increase in drug resistance of CA,clinical treatment becomes difficult.This paper analyzes the causes of drug resistance of CA and seeks clinical treatment strategies,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
