摘　　要：目的:分析汇涵术泰护创液联合美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗急性阴囊糜烂的效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2023年4月常州市武进人民医院收治的急性阴囊糜烂患者71例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=39)。对照组清洁创面后给予汇涵术泰护创液治疗,观察组在对照组基础给予美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗。比较两组治疗效果、创面愈合时间、换药时的疼痛程度。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.032)。治疗前,两组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3、5、7 d,两组疼痛评分逐渐降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:汇涵术泰护创液联合美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗急性阴囊糜烂的效果显著,可促进创面愈合,减轻换药时的疼痛程度。Objective:To analyze the effect of HVHA wound-protective liquid combined with MEBO wound ointment in treatment of acute scrotum erosion.Methods:A total of 71 patients with acute scrotum erosion admitted to Changzhou Wujin People's Hospital from January 2018 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects and were randomly divided into the control group(n=32)and the observation group(n=39).The control group received treatment with HVHA wound-protective liquid following the wound cleaning,while the observation group received treatment with MEBO wound ointment on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic efficacy,wound healing time,and pain level during dressing changes were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The wound healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.032).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 d,5 d and 7 d after treatment,the pain scores in the two groups gradually decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:HVHA wound-protective liquid combined with MEBO wound ointment have significant effects in treatment of acute scrotum erosion,and can promote wound healing,and reduce pain level during dressing changes.
