强脉冲光联合激光治疗在面部皮肤美容中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析强脉冲光联合激光治疗在面部皮肤美容中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年5月于锦州医科大学附属第一医院行面部皮肤美容的患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组实施激光治疗,研究组实施强脉冲光联合激光治疗。比较两组皮肤状况、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组皱纹、斑点、毛孔、纹理、红色区百分位数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组皱纹、斑点、毛孔、纹理、红色区百分位数高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:强脉冲光联合激光治疗在面部皮肤美容中的应用效果显著,可改善皮肤状况,且安全性较高,值得临床应用。Objective:To analyze the application effect of intense pulsed light combined with laser therapy in facial skin cosmetology.Methods:A total of 80 patients who received facial skin cosmetology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group implemented laser therapy,and the study group implemented intense pulsed light combined with laser therapy.The skin conditions,treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the percentiles of wrinkles,spots,pores,texture,and red areas between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the percentiles of wrinkles,spots,pores,texture and red areas in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the percentiles in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of intense pulsed light combined with laser therapy in facial skin cosmetology has a remarkable effect,which can improve skin condition,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
