摘  要:为解决外混合喷涂模式下,双组分清漆存在的失光问题,从清漆主剂与固化剂反应的原理出发,建立反应的微观模型,结合实验室模拟喷涂,分析原因。结果表明:双组分清漆失光是由于固化剂溶解分散程度低,混合清漆局部小单元内主剂、固化剂比例存在差异导致。将固化剂中苯系溶剂调整为对主剂和固化剂均具备高溶解力的酯类溶剂,失光消除。采用提高固化剂溶剂溶解力的方式应对失光,为同类问题的解决及清漆制造溶剂选型提供新的思路。In order to solve the problem of loss of gloss in two-component varnish under external mixed spraying mode,a microscopic model of the reaction was established based on the principle of the reaction between the main agent and the curing agent,the reasons were analyzed.The results indicated that the loss of gloss in two-component varnish was caused by the low dissolution of the curing agent,the difference in the proportion of main agent and curing agent in the local small unit of mixed varnish.The benzene solvent in the curing agent was adjusted to an ester solvent with high solubility for both the main agent and the curing agent,and the loss of light was eliminated.The method of improving the solvent solubility of the curing agent to cope with the loss of light provided a new idea for the solution of similar problems and the selection of solvent for varnish manufacturing.
